Prices & payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand. Once VAT registration is in effect, displayed prices include VAT at 15%. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (PayFast / Yoco); Slovaskie never sees or stores your card details. Your order can be reviewed and corrected at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Returns & refunds

7-day cooling-off (ECTA): you may cancel qualifying online purchases within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Exclusions apply to perishable foodstuffs and unsealed hygiene-sensitive items.

6-month warranty (CPA): separately from the cooling-off right, defective goods may be returned within 6 months of delivery for repair, replacement or refund — your choice. To start a return, email werner@slovaskie.com with your order number.

Courier delivery across South Africa; rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are shown per option at checkout.

Privacy (POPIA)

We process your personal information to fulfil orders and, only with your consent, to send marketing.
